Volunteer - Alternative Break Corps

Alternative Break Corps (ABC) is accepting applications for Winter and Spring Break site leaders and for weekend trip participants.

Winter and Spring Break leaders

Weekend trip participants

This year’s first trip will be to Myakka River State Park in Sarasota, FL, on October 10th-12th to work on construction, removal of exotic plant species, and general park up-keep.

Weekend trips are a great way for you to meet new friends, serve a community outside of Tallahassee, and decide if you'd like to go on or lead a winter or spring break trip!

*Cost is $35.00 ($10 deposit due with application)

*Placement is on a FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE basis

Both applications are available at the Center for Leadership and Civic Education in the new Dunlap Student Success Center, 100 S. Woodward Ave., and on the ABC BlackBoard Site under ‘Documents’.
